I am writing this review and giving it a 2 star because I received my certificate and the 2 wallet cards and no collar or harness as well as collar i d I did receive an email stating they were on back order but that was 7 months ago I m willing to change review stars in the event this is handled promptly Looking forward to hearing from you

I came to united support animals after my doctors office denied my request for esa per their policy also I had a friend who used united support animals and said how fast and easy it was I paid for the basic housing option 109 before fees This option includes Approved Letter emailed within 24 HoursAnimal Allowed in any HousingNo Pet Fees or Breed RestrictionsV No Pet Security DepositsV Money Back GuaranteeLifetime ESA RegistrationI believe most of us choose this option because of the approved letter within 24 hours option I however did not receive my letter until way well past that I tried calling mutiple times and representatives just told me they were going to send an urgent email to the therapist This happened mutiple times When I finally called again I asked to speak to manager and they said no manager was available I was very stressed out scrambling to look for other options I asked for a refund or partial refund because they did not supply a service that I paid for letter within 24 hours and after mutiple emails and phone calls no response I guess be better what I m saying is be better we all come here because a lot of us have mental health issues and extra stress does not help us Also honor a service that states you supply Customer service 3 5 5-M Order 101138603

"On line not clear"
On line NOT clear I paid 113 for a letter I didn t know any better It s an outrageous price Price gouged because I had an emergency Could have got this letter thru primary care doctor Not to mention the letter is valid for one year only Has to be renewed every year Price gouge again 89 00 each year to have them give you a new letter

" 45 extra for pet screening request Scam"
I purchased renewal of my ESA letter for housing My apartment did third party pet screening and UnitedSupport animals charged me additional 45 for unusual charge on the top of charge I already paid for for the letter 89 This is complete scam it is very routine thing to be requested from apartment complexes My husband went through other company and they didn t charged anything extra for pet screening No other company charges extra for that Plus they lie about that charge as it is going to their contracted mental health people where when I was on the call with them she said Unitedsupport animals is keeping the money So I would definitely look somewhere else when you are getting ESA letter

"Missing info spelling errors"
My boyfriend and I ordered support papers around the same time and both had several problems with our papers Information would be left out or are names would be spelled wrong several times He had to get new papers sent to him three times and I had to get mine fixed at least five times until they were correct with all the information needed I m sure we missed out on rental properties due to not having correct paperwork

"Letter not from your state as advertised"
The process itself was very easy and the person I spoke with for my approval was very nice However their website claims to provide a letter signed by a licensed therapist in your state The letter I received was from AZ I live in CT And none of his additional license numbers were for states anywhere near me Not exactly what they promised and marketed I tried calling and after being on hold for 10 minutes was dumped into a voicemail box No one called me back Then I submitted a ticket via their live chat Never got a response

"Customer service is kind of a joke"
Customer service is kind of a joke I had emailed them multiple times with no response Eventually the items I ordered came in the mail However when I received no confirmation email or anything I did believe I was scammed because no one would reply to my emails with answers to the questions I had

"For some reason United Support does not "
For some reason United Support does not seem to be prompt I put in the application on 7-11-2023 I got the letter in 2 days but the equipment that comes with has not come in yet I know the boat from China is but they should say so 8-2-2023 still nothing
