Gabby in customer service was incredibly helpful for me today But I had called in regards to renewing my ESA letter but had to contact the customer service for new clients to even get someone on the phone This was after multiple attempts to go through the website which is incredibly faulty and slow Every time you attempt to open the website it times out I could not access my account Gabby was precise and quick with her response and help for getting me renewed

Wasn t worth spending the extra money on the written letter I was under the impression that the written letter would be sent with the package not in a PDF format that I would have to pay to get printed myself as I don t own a printer

I like everything but what I don t like is that y all don t send all the paperwork that come with the cost the last place I had went with sent paperwork so I can have on me just in case I need it

It was confusing I had to call support two times to get answers and I didn t receive an email until after the calls as mine was lost and had to be fixed I was worried I wasn t going to also receive my package I payed for as well given how I wasn t given a confirmation email at all
