United Support Animals Was very quick to respond on getting the support letter out but the email on the shipment for the support vest tags etc was very vague and didn t have the United Support Animal name anywhere on the email or the contents of the shipment so was confusing

Service was great getting setup was simple and smooth I just wish I wasn t asked to leave my local grocery store Publix because they didn t approve of emotional support and considers my fur baby not to be a service dog even after presenting identification

I initially gave a poor review due to receiving my order 14 days after payment I DID receive the licensed therapist call immediately Howehippintoo long I received a reply promptly from the company I appreciate that they contacted me and understood my issues My order is as described and I m happy with everything Thank you for caring about your product and contacting me to resolve my issues

The process to receive everything was quick and easy I thought the ESA letter was supposed to be sent through mail but it wasn t and when I noticed that was missing I just gave them a call let them know and they sent it 1-2 days after through email Even when running into problems it wasn t much of a hassle which I deeply appreciated No one likes having to spend money on something that s very much needed and not being able to get it

The service was great I only gave 4 stars because I initially told the therapist my animal was 1 year old and the paperwork I received shows he is 2 years old Also when trying to log into the site it would not allow me access after the first time accessing it Outside of that the service was exactly what I needed and was accepted by my building

I contacted customer service before hand to ask some questions about the doctor issuing my note they answered very fast and had a great experience so far Just made my order and I will update the review when everything is here to let you guys know how it goes

In the beginning I was impressed with all the Amenities that was included with the packet I ordered I was still even happy when I noticed it in the mailbox for it ame on time Unfortunately all of that changed when I opened it and saw that I had received someone s else dog tags instead of my dogs And I never received my housing or travel letters in the mail in Paper form with the package In return me and my Pet were not able to go on our Scheduled Vacation which was the whole reason for investing in the Services with United Support Animals so we could be well accommodated which such Great reviews they had So I requested a Refund to be Compensated for not receiving what I paid for missing our trip Mind you I still haven t received anything yet My order was placed on 08 16 23 and it s 08 30 23 and we still don t have dog IDs nor the paperwork for my files Those were supposed to be expedited to me as a Courtesy and im just stuck here without what we need for our Accomodations
