The staff friendly and definitely know there stuff and no pressure to purchase anything either which is good you know your getting good quality items which is reflected in the prices so it s usually Christmas and birthday treats for me and I prefer to try things on before buying rather than purchasing of internet definitely recommend this shop

I called into the Chester branch aiming to buy a pair of shoes Sadly they didn t have the ones I wanted as they were now a sales item and therefore not held in store But the staff there were kind enough to let me try a later model with a similar fit I said I would check out their website I m sure a lot of people say this However the Brooks Cascadias arrived from U R online today after just 2 1 2 days They fit just fine Thanks U R
