Returning running shoes

We needed to return some running shoes that did not fit The assistant Sue was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy She then took us through the process of buying more suitable shoes explaining at every stage the different types and makes The whole procedure apart from handing over the money at the end was a pleasure

Advice help and fantastic shop

We visited to get running gait analysis for my 20s-age daughter and newbie runner with a view to getting appropriate shoes Absolutely fantastic advice especially recommending shoes in the sale Which left budget for socks too hooray Definitely recommend and will be returning for my own shoes soon many thanks

Nottingham store

I went to the Nottingham store and Sally-Ann was as super helpful She did my gait analysis explained the results thoroughly and recommended types of shoes based on this I d highly recommend visiting

Up Running Cambridge

Up Running Cambridge is quite literally the best running shop out there The customer service knowledge welcoming approach makes you feel comfortable and not overwhelmed Ian the team make every customer a priority nothing is too much trouble The time they spend with you to ensure you make the right choice is very refreshing Their passion for running makes you feel like your in safe hands highly recommended from a repeat customer

A truly fantastic running shop

This shop is truly excellent and gives you such good advice I was served by a lovely lady called Reka She was extremely patient with me and made sure that the trainers I bought were exactly the right size and style for me It turns out that I had previously been buying trainers that were 1 5 sizes too small for me Do go and visit this wonderful shop - you won t be disappointed

Was recommended to by a friend and wow they were spot on Service was absolutely above and beyond Took my daughter here as she is very much into her park running Mark the absolute gentleman was fantastic knowledgeable and clearly very experienced about everything to do with running I d guess what he doesn t know isn t worth knowing My daughter and I loved the experience and she now can t wait to get those PBs this year in her new Brooks Thanks a million

Incredibly friendly knowledgeable and efficient 1000x better than trail and error online Great for even complete beginners Rob did my Gait analysis and was absolutely amazing Generally a great shop and I would go there again for anything running related

Such a great experience I was recommended Up Running by a friend who regularly runs marathons and was honestly a little apprehensive that they would judge the amount I run I m more of a 5k girl than a marathon girl or wonder why I had bothered going BUT Rob at the Nottingham store was amazing Instantly put me at ease Explained the process of the treadmill and measuring gait took his time was not pushy at all and ultimately led me to purchasing my first proper running shoes which fit like a glove and are so comfy Cannot recommend this place or Rob enough Thank you
