The first email confirmation came very quick Got another to say it was at some post office but did not get one to say when delivery would be just turned up with postman a few days later Product was great though

Good service bit pushy

Good service always good to verify gait analysis in case of slight changes with new models But a bit pushy on decision making - really trying too hard to make the sale Made me feel a bit uncomfortable Bit did offer discount for EA affiliation

1st time I ve used Up and Running

1st time I ve used Up and Running Ordered online for a good price Tracking was good and delivered on time Only slight problem was the outer bag had come open during transit It was a good job the paperwork was in the box otherwise it would have fallen out But overall happy and will use Up and Running again again

Delivery Delayed Watch was ordered on a Thursday

Watch was ordered on a Thursday dispatched to Post Office for delivery by store same day But then no more tracking info from PO for over a week Shop contacted offered to send out new watch if not received by follow Monday Returned home around 0930 Monday to find watch had been delivered after 10 days but just left on front doorstep in full view of road Not store s fault but would suggest using different couriers

Just been into the Milton Keynes branch

Just been into the Milton Keynes branch and was helped by Marta who gave me some great advice and helped me to find exactly what I needed Her knowledge was excellent as she explained my gait analysis and what support I needed

Dealt with a problem really well - Eventually

I have used the MK store s a number of times I have ALWAYS been advised by helpful friendly and knowledgeable folk I had a problem with a new shoe manufacturing defect and was incorrectly advised to contact the manufacturer I did was referred back to Up and Running Contacted Customer service From that point everything was handled superbly Gilly customer svs and Viv in MK and her team were great expecting me when I turned up and I had the usual great advice and support Apparently I highlighted a training issue with my defective shoe I would highly recommend the staff at MK store for your running needs
