Couldn t ask for more

I visited the Nottingham store this morning Saturday 11 Jan super early to get advice on shoes Emma was an absolute super star I was a bit anxious as a new older and very unfit runner about the gait analysis process but she put me at ease instantly and helped me pick out shoes that made running feel loads better She explained the reasons for her recommendations the difference between shoes and didn t just try to sell me the most expensive product I will definitely be returning to the store for the friendly and expert advise she and other colleagues gave and because they didn t make me feel out of place A massive thank you to them all

I visited the York store to get some new runnings shoes and was greeted by Olivia The customer service i received and attention to detail to tailor what i needed was on another level Highly recommended left knowing what i got was specifically what i needed to benefit me Thanks again

Fantastic experience at the Sheffield store They didn t have the colour of trainers I wanted but were more than happy to show me other options online

Friendly personalised patient expert My experience with Rob was excellent I trust Up Running which is why I chose to go to them again - a friend developed knee problems in shoes she bought with them they refunded them without question despite them having been worn and supported her in choosing other shoes which immediately resolved the problems This is brilliant customer service

Amazing Service

Sallyann was amazing at analysing my ruining gate and giving me advice on the most suitable options for me She provided lots of choices to help me get the most comfortable pair whilst testing them all on the treadmill

Brilliant customer care

Had to return running shoes because they were wrong size Very little stock in what I wanted but spoke to Gilly who was brilliant She put the only pair in my size in stock to one side to give me time to return the ones I had ordered and then sorted out voucher so I could reorder Would not have happened without all her patience and care Thank you 10 10 for Customer Service

Amazingly friendly staff

Amazingly friendly staff Fraiser helped me today to find some new road and trail shoes He was very patient and knowledgeable I have tricky shaped feet to fit but with his help and patience and many a treadmill try we found some Would definitely recommend Sheffield Store
