The best running shop in Milton Keynes

Up and Running is amazing it has wonderful staff who have both expertise and passion for running I visited to purchase a pair of Saucony s for my forthcoming running and Hyrox event Martha was very knowledgeable friendly and provided a wealth of insight into gait analysis options for race day track training and long runs Left feeling very confident- thank you

Placed an order and the discount wasn t applied via PayPal Emailed and they refunded the discount no problem and this was done within 30minutes excellent customer service

Great Customer Service

Ordering was super easy but I did have an issue with receiving the wrong product I called the number provided and Gilly was amazing She explained the next steps clearly sent me the return link and kept me updated throughout the refund process She was so helpful and made everything stress-free Thank you Gilly you were fab

Milton Keynes branch in Go Outdoors provided service above beyond my expectations They are true friends of runners helping me to find the right trainers for my targets and willing to keep the dialogue going and help me make changes even after I had taken the shoes from the store Marta was very professional and knowledgeable I have used these guys for 15 years of marathon running and I am set to continue for another 15 years to come

Always a good experience

Me and a friend wanted to buy running shoes - for me it was a pair of supportive and cushioned shoes to get me back to fell running after a chronic injury and much physio of many years for my friend it was to start to run and do a couch to 10K The staff at Harrogate were superb and had the time to devote to giving us guidance on the array of different makes and shoes we could have chosen We were both very satisfied with our purchases and the service and I continue to be impressed every time I visit the shop Thank you

Surbiton Branch was amazing

The Surbiton branch was extremely helpful and guided me to the perfect pair of shoes for me The gate assessment was really useful as without it I would not have a clue which shoe to get Will 100 be returning

Had an excellent experience shopping here Craig was able to help me find my new shoes super easily He was very helpful and genuinely wanted you to have a great experience with your shoes whether you bought them there or not Would highly recommend for anyone new or experienced
