Does Upway allow their sales staff time to sleep

My questions were always answered extremely quickly I tend to send email at odd hours and I don t expect a reply until the next day during business hours With Upway I was getting a response within an hour of asking The detailed pictures on the website and custom notification of new bikes which met my criteria made shopping great It took a few weeks until the perfect bike appeared but eventually it did and at a great price The same bike was still selling at my local Gazelle dealer at full list though with the wrong frame size Upway offered one at nearly half that price and in the right size and had it to me coast to coast in less than a week

Great experience purchasing an EbikeI purchased a Niner Rip E9 and had a very positive experience Zee was very helpful answering my questions throughout the process and the bikes been great I had everything double checked at my local bike store after purchasing and was told everything was assembled well and it was trail ready

NOT too good to be true

Was a little worried when making the purchase because it seemed too good to be true A brand new e-bike for such a great price but after a little research and finding others that had a great experience with Upway we made the purchase The bike was exactly as described and we have been enjoying it

Smooth e-bike buying experience with lots of detailed options available They were able to schedule my delivery based on my availability The bike arrived in great condition and was ready to ride - except for straightening the handlebar of course They provided more than enough tools to set it up and for basic maintenance

Overall a great experience instructions were clear on how to sell my bike and happy that bike was picked up the day time I picked Thank you all I will definitely be using Upway in the future

Received bike properly protected Easy to put together Love the bike I feel like a kid again with all the extra propellant of the electric assist Takes all the misery of countless uphills out of my rides enabling me to go further faster and a bigger smile on my face

Great experience great deal

Well it s really 4 5 stars because the bike I originally ordered was not ready to go out the door but we quickly found an alternative and the staff gave me a slight discount on it to make up for the issue which was fine by me The shipping and delivery was well managed and I was able to schedule a specific 2-hour delivery window The bike arrived well packaged and have been a blast so far I appreciate the transparent communication and ease of ordering delivery I experienced Thanks
