I placed my order and the courier caused a slight delay it was no fault of Urns For Angels I contacted UFA and they could not have provided better customer service Paul the founder and CEO responded to me at 2100 in the evening He and Chaim in Operations resolved my issue and I am delighted with the item I have received I cannot recommend highly enough Five Stars

Really good service I needed the biodegradeable certificate for the urn we chose and got it really quickly once the urn was purchased I received it the next day it was packed really safely The urn is beautiful just perfect Value for money is also great and the paperwork received with it is very compassionate and supportive Thank you Chaim x

Beautiful urn Whilst the cost may seem higher than average for some items the urn is beautifully made and clearly made to last I believe the cost is fully justified The service is top notch with care given at every opportunity Every step I was kept informed and the urn was packaged so thoroughly there was never any risk of damage in transit Only thought i have is if maybe the packing peanuts could be of the type you can dissolve in water the eco ones Overall I wanted something that felt like my mum That s exactly what I got everything about the urn is beautiful and to be honest could easily pass as a decorative candle holder Thank you
