I ordered an urn for my beloved pet and it came damaged I sent photos and immediately this company responded to make a replacement urn and have it sent I haven t received my replacement yet but the customer service is excellent If the 1st urn had not been damaged it was beautiful and just what I ordered

I got my urn very quickly I believe it was in PA within 4 days of my order the artwork text proof came very quickly and they did an amazing job on our little buddy s urn Thanks so much - I would recommend this urn to anyone who needs one it s a beautiful piece - We got the up to 100 lbs version and it looks plenty big just waiting to get the ashes back from the crematorium now
