I was sent the wrong dog tag I had to call and ask that the correct tag be sent The lady on the phone asked me to send back the one that was wrong at my own expense

Too bad

I purchased a pet carrier with wheels for airline travel It turned out to be too big for under the seat There was no postage paid return The postage on it was over half of what I paid for the carrier I decided to keep it for the net cost of the return I will probably give it away

I received everything and it all

I received everything and it all arrived on a timely manner and the doctor was terrific and I love the service the only thing I do not like about the package is the harness is not very sturdy and it s more like a jacket fir my dog then a harness but all in all I had I great experience and would recommend this to everyone Very satisfied Holly Gunner

Not what they used to be

I chose USA Service dog because I used them in the past for my previous service dog about 10 years ago To my surprise the newer dog vest they are shipping is so cheap looking compare to the previous Can t even compare the two It is inferior in quality and doesn t look as good Such a disappointment

the service was good but somewhere during the process my dogs name was spelled wrong on the certificate and card it states bufort t pusser sloan and should be buford t pusser sloan i sent a letter in with no response
