I was initially frustrated with going through registration and still being unable to fly with my dog However after learning more about the laws surrounding it USA Service Dogs was informative helpful and prompt in taking care of any concerns that I had Thanks again

Good Morning As You say You shipped my order like 2 weeks before I contacted You about when would I receive My order then said You needed another address to ship it to because You say it was not safe and i said My address was not a problem it just never shipped so You said You would ship it again and Poof there it was Surprise Surprise Surprise I Have Never had a problem with any Mail Delivery or Receiving Your the first But all in all I finally received My Order Thank You Stay Safe and Have a Nice Day

Everything was fine his vest is a little too big for him but besides that it s all good I just have to some alterations I guess for him to be a little bit more comfortable with it on But I appreciate everything It feels secure having my baby with me everywhere now Thank you

All the items that I request came through The badges are professionally looking and the certificate is already framed Being a Disable Army Veteran and being disabled in any capacity is hard so having the privilege to have my dog with me is not just comforting but she is very useful in what she does for me I d have to say that the only thing I didn t like was the way the vest fits and that I would of preferred a sturdy horns Other than that I am making my way around with a lot more confidence and growing each day

Can I please switch the leash

The ordering process was easy and the items arrived as expected My only issue was the leash The one sent was way too big for my dog I sent an email to customer service on August 26 Today is September 7th and I haven t heard back from them at all I can t even use the leash to walk my dog All I m asking is for an exchange to a smaller leash

Great Idea

It was a little confusing because they kept sending emails saying they would like to help me finish my order but I had already finished each order I do wish the service tag was metal like in the picture and there was no tag on the vest for Service Dog I got everything I asked for and got them very quickly

I ordered the tag in the catelogue but received something different The staff immediately acted upon my inquiry and replaced it with the old style version I in turn returned the first one received All was conducted in a timely fashion further emphasizing the prudence to buy American and support local companies and production
