Quick and complete service Excellent

They helped me immediately so that I could take my service dog with me at the last minute when I was afraid she wouldn t be able to be with me at all times as is necessary I got their help and not one word was said about her thank heavens because I needed her help 4 times during the weekend It turned out to be a great weekend at the convention with my helper there with me People close by were not only amazed to see her do her job but I wasn t embarrassed by what might have happened to me if she hadn t been there Thanks for your help

USA Service Dogs was absolutely wonderful in providing a simple solution to my problem of being able to take my puppy with me as I was not able to leave her at home alone all day without food Application was simple to understand Received my certificate very quickly in the mail Thank you for all you do for our Fur Babies It means the world to us

I am very satisfied with the prompt

The only objection I have is that the vests are not sized well The small was too large and the extra small was too small even though the measurements given on your site showed the small should have fit him perfectly Also the Velcro service dogs label that you attach to the vest are useless unless sewn on because they come off so easily You either need to sew them on or imprint them Your customer shouldn t have to sew them on to ensure they will stay on the vest
