Easy versatile platform great tech support

We ve used Uscreen for our Taichi school s online video instruction for 4 years The platform is easy to use the tech support is superb and the company continues to improve its functionality and our marketing options It s the only VOD and streaming video service that met our needs after comparing them with several others

Absolutely loving Uscreen

We are absolutely loving Uscreen COVID-19 absolutely decimated our physical yoga studios Humming Puppy and we were forced to develop an online offering in a very very short amount of time and with Uscreen we were up and running within a few days Everything was extremely easy to use and the fact that we were able to get up and running without any technical coding experience was amazing We looked at other platforms and Uscreen just ticked every box for us from pricing to usability to content management it genuinely just does everything we want and does it exceptionally well Highly recommend

Over 1 year of incredible innovation and support UScreen has been a great partner overall They are not your usual SaaS tool where you sign and forget Every single person that I ve been in contact with within UScreen was interested in making my business grow That s gold The updates always come to surprise with new features focused on business growth I really appreciate the time and effort that they take to improve the overall experience I would love to see more integrations in-app but they are actively working on this Our business use both iOS and Android apps and the mobile app team has done an amazing job especially over the last 6 months with constant updates to improve the overall experience This is a first-class tool and support

Best decision we ever made

We were using a different platform for a while for our video subscription service and were really stressed about a lot of things to the point we almost quit My husband and business partner then found Uscreen online so we decided to just give them a ping and see if they can help us out From the first point of contact we were blown away by how knowledgeable their entire team was They helped us migrate from the old platform helped us figure out some details about the payment processing and we just recently relaunched our mobile apps Our users are super-happy and we even landed our first ever five start review on the apps store All thanks to Uscreen We love you people

Kylie Williams is fantastic So helpful so competent and so patient with an older guy who isn t super-techy I never would have got onboard with my videos without her - what an asset to Uscreen she is I hope they realize that Thanks for everything Kylie

We are in our 3rd year with UScreen and have found this platform to be a wonderful fit for our company We spent endless hours trying to force other OTT providers to meet our needs but no one matched the flexibility support and administrative back-end that UScreen provides They seem to regularly offer updates and new tools just as I need them and I have yet to hear you can t do that from anyone on their team Plus our onboarding specialist Emma is just the best and always helps with new ideas and ongoing support I would not waste any time looking and comparing other OTT providers you ll just end up here in the end

I have signed up with uscreen about a year now and I couldn t have made a better choice For a person like me who knows absolutely nothing about technology this is the best option Excellent platform for all creators entrepreneurs who want to start or expand their business Super easy to set up and navigate The best thing is the customer service they are there for us 24 hours very fast response Special thanks to Daniel Adam and everyone because they are amazing They know their work perfectly super attentive and professionals I created my fitness page and I tell you is incredible how much you can offer to your subscribers Uscreen is the best platform for all us creators to grow Thanks you

Uscreen chat support is top notch

Being a complete newcomer to this process but needing a place to house my videos I was so pleased that customer service was easily accessible via chat Daniel was such a tremendous help I can t speak his praises loudly enough Not only was he always available but so incredibly patient with my millions of questions most of which I m sure were ridiculous and even reached out to me to be sure I had accomplished what I wanted to get done even while being really overwhelmed
