Thank you Germine for all of your help today You made it easy to recover previous business card accounts purchased by our company and answered a lot of questions about how we can create a centralized business account The functionality of the V1CE business cards and NFC tap accessory seems like a great investment I appreciate your assistance

Excellent Customer Service from John and Ana

I received my V1CE pack today and the set up was very confusing I contacted John via the online chat and he was so helpful he answered all of my questions providing illustrated instructions to allow me to navigate the set up of my products and answered all of my questions His answers were clear and concise Although the initial set up isn t clear reaching out to customer services and being able to communicate with a human very quickly made the process so much easier Thanks John I had another question and the spoke to Ana she logged into my account and made some changes for me very quickly Thanks Ana

John Rex provide excellent support to me today

John Rex was my support person and he did a great job clearing up my issues and setting my account and card I am retiring the end of December 2023 after 507 years in the insurance business and you e-card is perfect for me to update friends etc with my new connection information Looking forward to using it Any dry special thanks to John Rex He is awesome

First time i purchased V1ce card

First time i purchased V1ce card I have finding difficult to activate my self but i emailed the help desk one of the help desk person called John Rex emailed and arrange the teams meeting and gone through in details John is very help full from the beginning to end I am very happy about his service I will recommend the Vice card to anyone

V1CE Networking Bundle problem solved Christmas Eve

Bought my V1CE Networking Bundle which was delivered 23rd December 2023 I programmed my Business Card and NFC keyring and disc however the business card NFC tap was not working After trying everything emailed V1CE for help not expecting a response until after Christmas I was surprised the Germine emailed me on Christmas Eve with the solution Great product Thank you

Good quick correspondence and help from Germine I ve read a lot of stuff online saying how bad V1CE is etc and when my card wasn t working I thought those reviews were probably right However after a few emails from Germine she reset my card I had connected the card to the wrong account and got it working correctly Thanks Germine

Wonderful customer service from Anna

Wonderful customer service from Anna Setting up the various options for our cards and needed some assistance navigating the various elements Anna was patient assisted and taught me how to do what I wanted to do on the profiles
