Positives I liked my photographer Matteo and Angie who helped me choose my photos Negatives Unfortunately I didn t feel the nice welcoming energy when I arrived there was no eye contact or hardly any smile I sat for 40 minutes without anyone telling me what to expect so I had to ask I took my nail varnish off at home thinking I d get something nicer but there wasn t much to choose from and it definitely felt awkwardly rushed with 1 coat only when I mentioned some of my previous nail varnish hadn t come off so it looked lumpy I just felt uncomfortable as I was told we won t see them in the photo anyway I felt my hair was rushed and again no conversation at all just awkward vibes I would have loved a 5 minute discussion about what could work well but I was asked if I had a photo that she could copy Maybe my expectations were a bit higher but I remember a previous Photoshoot in Oxford street was a real pampering and fun experience that made me feel good unfortunately here I just felt like a rush job with not much excitement For me it was a big deal and quite nerve wracking as the Photoshoot was for my new business website which is about to be promoted across London I wasn t asked which shades I would have preferred on my make up I just kept being told to keep my eyes and lips closed In choosing the photos I felt a bit rushed and actually regret purchasing the additional ones I would have wanted a better experience but at least I have a few decent photos

All the staff was very nice and welcoming making sure me and my friend have all we need The hairstylist was very respectful when I wanted to keep my hair straight without curling so she made them nice and shiny The make-up artist was also very lovely and respected my preferences I had absolutely wonderful time during the photoshoot itself The photographer made me feel very comfortable and took some very lovely pictures However before we got to view the photos taken a filter was applied and both me and my friend ended up choosing very few images that we liked as the filter removed most facial features We d both preferred it if raw photos were shown to us We believe we would pick far more photos It would be best if all photos were sent via email with a watermark on them to give sufficient time to select because the whole process felt very rushed and I felt pressurised Also the packages were very pricey which I didn t expect And we were told the prices only after all the shooting took place which was after 7pm In the end I am happy with my photos and they look great on my website but definitely would appreciate if they were without a filter and if I had more time to select them

I recently engaged with this professional photography agency for a photoshoot and while there were some positives my overall experience was mixed The staff members were genuinely nice and accommodating making me feel welcome during my visit I especially enjoyed working with the makeup artist Sasha and the photographer Danny made me feel comfortable during the shoot I must however admit that the overall process felt a bit rushed The hair styling part of the session didn t meet my expectations and left me somewhat disappointed Despite these setbacks I must commend the agency for their friendly staff With a more attentive process and an enhanced hair styling experience this agency could truly excel in providing an exceptional photography session I hope they consider these areas for improvement in the future

Update I finally received the extra free photo the rest of my review still stands I bought a promo voucher for 60 thinking it would be a great deal for corporate headshots without fully understanding the fine print Included in the price of the voucher you get one image Additional images are 100 I bought two additional images bringing my total to 260 I was therefore very shocked to see that a corporate headshot package on their website is 195 so 65 less than what I paid I wrote to the client experience team and got this response You re absolutely right that the promotional offer can work out more expensively in some cases When a client purchases an upfront package directly from us it is slightly better value as they have guaranteed a small spend and all of the funds go to the studio As you came to us on a promotion that was purchased externally we would not be able to refund the difference I will send you an image gallery to select an additional shot which will make this up in terms of value That seemed like a reasonable concession However it s now been a week since that last message and I haven t received diddly It s also very strange that you don t receive a gallery of all of your images I ve had a lot of headshots and you ALWAYS receive a gallery with 1-3 retouched high res images in your package which you can generally chose at a later date I have some buyer s remorse with the images I chose and wish i would have had more time to think it over On the positive side the make-up lady and the photographer were fantastic I wasn t pleased with how the stylist did my hair but the stylist was very nice

The whole experience was great the make up artist the photographer all the staff were very friendly and proffessional they make you feel welcome But the pics didnt like any of them and they didnt look nice at all its like taken from a normal phone camera not studio very poor quality they will remain in my gallery cant post them anywhere I dont think they work them I still had to choose 3 because of the time spent plus i had a voucher so in total paid 80 But the pics quality not good at all i have taken better pics with my phone

Good day our in London Kids enjoyed the Cosplay photos and we enjoyed the end result Photos were of sufficient quality Prays especially for the photographer hair and make up experts

The hairdresser makeup artist and photographer were lovely But because I d treated a friend to a joint photo shoot as a birthday gift I was under a lot of pressure o purchase the photographs though and they were ruinously expensive for me I wish when I d been doorstopped and sold the package they d been clear that we would only get one photograph so I feel a little disappointed

The whole experience was great until the last part unfortunately The people were so lovely and hospitable They offer you drinks and snacks while you wait to have your hair and makeup done The photographers are top-tier and have a lot of experience So if you re new to having your pictures taken it s not a problem at all However we were a little blindsided They didn t provide a price list until after the photoshoot I came with someone who had a lot of other commitments and didn t get the chance to plan ahead Which I think is quite unfair A price list should be offered on display in advance so people know what they are signing up for The pictures come out great so people would be willing to pay a reasonable price However they don t give you the full details until after everything and we thought we had asked all the necessary questions Overall we had a good time so thank you Vanity Studios

I ll start with the negative first Was told when sold the booking that the studio would be to ourselves after photo completion wee get two free prints there will be a afternoon tea spread However when we arrived there was no afternoon tea style spread nor were we in the studio by ourselves as others had bookings around the same time also I think sales reps need to be more forth coming and not lie just to sell packages as its unfair to the customers on the day when they re expecting complete different set up 1 photo cost 100 very expensive - so will need to buy a package if you want a few images only digital copies also Make up wasn t 100 to my liking but it was reasonable Positives There are hot cold drinks some alcoholic beverages also alongside busicuits but that s as far as it goes Staff was really nice photographer was great and very patient with my 2 year old we got some lovely shots he also tried to re - create a image I had shown him that I like of another family which was nice Overall nice experience first time with all children

Worst of the 4 make over photo shoot experiences I have had Not all services were received no manicure no food offering minimal drinks not the fun package it was sold to be Hair and make up seemed disjointed for the group our photographer told us he was personally trained At point if sale no where did it say only individual photos not group were part of the offer On reviewing the photos we were shown those with eyes closed as part of the selection Disappointing to say the least shop around for a better experience
