The worst crypto platform i have ever used Funds missing for days transaction stuck as pending for days missing crypto deposits Avoid it like the plague

Vauld stole or lost my BTC

Opened an account with Vauld a few months ago Put some smaller coins in it to test it out Looked legitimate Put a Bitcoin in within days all of it disappeared Spent two months waiting for them to tell me what happened They came back with it was my fault compromised e-mail I have Norton security on my computer never had issues with my other wallets and they said I didn t set up 2FA which is false Have the authenticator app on my Iphone They also cancelled my account so I can t get in to check Now they are not responding to my e-mails Something isn t right They lost my coins which were in fixed deposits Or they themselves took them and are trying to cover it up by saying it s my fault Avoid these people at all costs or it will cost you

Bull crap

Let your customers who used your platform to withdraw their hard earned money I still haven t gotten a response by so called customer service

Read well about the history of the company before putting your hard earned money in Vauld They had a company called Bank of hodlers that was replaced by Vauld now it was proven a Ponzi scheme just write bank of hodlers Ponzi on Google and there we goThey issued a coin BOH that does not exist anymore Team is not based in Singapore there is no official Singaporean source that prove they are located there make your research on this company on internet seems they just operate in India And most of their traffic is based in Russia There not seem to be any European or US regulations provided with this company Customer service is extremely slow and amateur If you want to test their system test with small amount to not lose all your hard earned coins This review is not company bashing I made my own research and decided not to out my coins in UPDATE THIS COMPANY IS GOING BANKRUPT WITHDRAWALS NOT PERMITTED

Haven t received the deposit i made 10

Haven t received the deposit i made 10 days ago and the customer supports doesn t know what to say First the customer support randomly says the money is refunded and then later on says that I haven t added a bank account so it can t be refunded I made the payment through UPI so I know for a fact that the INR deposit can either be put into my vauld wallet or returned to my bank account using the saved UPI linked to my vauld account This is just poor service To all reading this proceed with caution Vauld might turn up to be a scam
