Found a solution
When I ran into a problem if not having a test not registered for my daughter I wasn t sure if they d be able to help my but Selina Q responded promptly and found a solution She helped me requests test be transferred and followed up when it was all taken care of I was very impressed and grateful to have my problem solved

State funded tests
We live in NH where the Vault at home COVID tests are sponsored by the Dept of health I had ordered tests before for my family of 4 and when I went to reorder for my family the kid accounts kept prompting me to add a credit card for payment I reached out to customer service and was quickly helped out with tests ordered for me Communication time and responses were fabulous Thanks

I had received a saliva test kit and FR was invalid
I had received a saliva test kit and found out that the FR was invalid so I contacted Vault Health to see what was wrong Within a few mins they had gotten back to me and had my issue fixed so I could continue with my test Thank you for being so efficient in your customer service

I had a different experience today sent me to another link to take my test I was a little worried because it was different than usual I called just to make sure thatit registered that my test was taken and another test ordered I spoke to someone named Daniel who was positive professional and checked to make sure my test for next week was ordered Very nice Thank you

Problem ordering online Representative helped in record time
Had a problem trying to order a couple of tests online Called and get a representative within 2-3 rings She was able to help immediately and order the tests on my behalf Should have called earlier instead of trying 5 times to get it to work on my own

My Experience with Vault
My experience with Vault was incredible The staffs were extremely helpful and courteous The facility was kept clean and every effort was made to prevent the spread of covid by giving new masks and sanitizing the table as soon as people finished using them I mistyped incorrect information and called the service-line a few hours later when I realized my mistake I was immediately greeted by kind employees who assisted me with my mistyped information without difficulty

I was a little frustrated and could not get back to the correct place to schedule my proctored test I called Customer Support and the very nice person walked me through the entire process I really appreciate the help She was awesome
