I was gifted a test to try from my daughter It was easy To set up on the app and to do the test Well worth the experience in finding out information and what you can do to change what you are lacking on and how to better yourself to be more healthy I would recommend this to others I work In office environment with a lot of stress as well as a lot of missed or not so healthy lunches
