So simple one phone call next day had the scan great service

Exceptionally helpful Rapid and clear MRI Results

After a painful knee injury I decided to bypass the long NHS waiting times and self-referred to Vista Health for an MRI I had the scan the next day and received my results and a clear radiologist s report within two working days Thanks to Vista Health s quick turnaround MCL ACL and lateral meniscus tears were diagnosed and I was able to share the results with my orthopaedic surgeon before the NHS even scheduled my fracture clinic appointment The staff at the Liverpool clinic were friendly professional and attentive to my needs and the facilities were clean and accessible I highly recommend Vista Health for their excellent service

Everyone I dealt with during the booking attending and follow-up was excellent I self-referred for an MRI scan due to concerns about my symptoms From my initial phonecall to the scan taking place was a couple of days and then 3 working days later I was called by someone at Vista to advise me to go to my nearest hospital owing to my test results A painful condition has been caught in the early stages as a result for which I am very grateful I should also add that the MRI scan location was very convenient in a large supermarket car park I could literally park right across from it which given my limited mobility was very helpful

MRI scan

I went online and completed the self assessment questionnaire It was easy to follow and once completed I received a call the next day to book my appointment Place was very easy to find and the MRI process itself was completed within 15 minutes I received my results within 3 days as well which was good

Excellent scan and GP service

I recently had an MRI scan for some issues with my abdomen and used the 50 option of using the private consultancy pre and post Scan The actual scan was as expected in a clean environment On time and easy to find I was particularly impressed however with the GP who I used Dr Pratima Mehra She was thorough and professional and felt like she genuinely cared Subsequently she contacted my GP service with a view to recommending a course of action for my symptoms even though the scan showed little to be concerned about Excellent service and well worth the extra 50 Thank you
