The shop is wrongly stating that they are accepting returns when in fact the customer has to pay for the return It is not obvious that they are based in France so the costs are very high

Tried to purchase a bike 2x didn t work

I tried to buy a Kellys bike twice on their website At first my purchase was refubded within a day withouth explanation The second time I asked if the model is in stock not to face the same issue I got reassured by a CS agent that the model is in stock I made the purchase then within a couple of hours I got refunded again withthe explanation that the package was damaged and they re unable to provide me with a new shipment I don t think a serious business should allow this to happen to a shopper who s ready to spend a couple of thousands of euros with them

Automated return portal is a bit of a struggle to use for example you have to put 150 characters to some text fields even if you can describe your problem in less words I uploaded two pictures for the defect but still it was telling me I didn t upload the required two files But when you finally have got on contact with their customer support they are very helpful and solution-oriented
