Extremely quick Best offered price for my new unopened device One minor issue is that they needed me to provide more info and it wasn t clear what they needed and there was no guidance or obvious way to contact them They responded to my email which I didn t expect but was welcome and the issue was quickly resolved Sent the device at 5pm Friday cash was paid out on Monday evening - extremely fast Would definitely use again

I carried out a price comparison for my mobile phone on Sunday evening which was a Realme gt2 Pro I found the best offer to be Vendi I followed the online instructions which were to package my phone up It said that postage will be refunded to the sum of 10 as it had to be sent special delivery I took my phone to the Post office on Monday requesting they send it special delivery Tuesday at 10 30hrs I received an email from them saying they had received my parcel By 13 30hrs the money was in my bank account for what they had quoted me I can not find the words to say how impressed I am with this service I would recommend it to everyone Thanks again for the quick service

Absolutely cannot fault Vendi and their service as a buyer DPD picked up my device yesterday and handled it with care Vendi explained in their email when I placed the order to sell my handset how the process would work and how to prepare the phone very clearly Today they confirmed by email that they had received my handset and later in the day emailed to say my payment had been made The money is already in my account I am super impressed with their service and trustworthiness that they actually do what they promise to do I used them BTW because the reviews on Trust Pilot were so good so felt I had to leave one of my own
