Being charged for a black bin never received
Customer reference 11260I wrote a review previously on trustpilot about a 5p daily charge and fortnightly emptying for a bin l never received Veolia contacted me very quickly and l honestly thought my problem had been resolved after contacting them previously over six times How wrong l was They want me to sign a new contract realistically how can l do this when they can t communicate with the departments that guaranteed the removal and backdated bin charge would be carried out I m tired of contacting them every time l receive an invoice and now think they they just don t care I m sure l will get a promt reply from them for this post but unless they carry out what they promised l fear l will be back on here in a weeks time posting my unresolved problem Most unprofessional company l have ever had the misfortune to deal with Please take note
