Excellent customer services

I spoke with Mark Owens today who was very helpful and had excellent customer service Our bins had not been collected but after listening to me he was able to find out why and arrange a collection also

We have used Veolia for disposal of waste for a couple of years and the service has been nothing but exceptional The online portal is great for various things but in particular for us being able to see our service schedule and view download billing documents we found very helpful We would like to thank Jane from Veolia for being consistently polite helpful and a pleasure to deal with

Professional Customer Service

Spoke to Hannah J on the Customer experience team last week she was incredibly helpful and patient I had multiple queries and she took the time to dissect each one of them and notified the relevant departments the queries were not the most straight forward so thanks for helping me out Although not completely resolved yet we are almost there Thank you also Lisa P who has progressed these queries further in a professional manner

Abs at the Churchfields Road Recycling Center Penge was super helpful I had accidentally left my phone in with a bag of electronic recycling He noticed it and took it out and kept it aside in the office When I returned a little later to enquire he said he had found it What a star
