We needed a couple of extra recycling bins and spoke to a rep who advised we d be contacted by the customer service department We were quickly contacted back by the very helpful Hannah C who diligently aranged everything for us and hopefully we should have our new bins later this week

After contacting Liz S CET with regards to a missed collection my experience was 100 perfect Liz S kept me up to date with my query and as promised sent me an email the following day with the update This is how customer experience should be query raised and dealt with straight away
