We have used Veolia for many years and always renew Customer services are very quick to answer and resolve any issues This time I was corresponding with Hannah C who has arranged for our contract to be amended with very little fuss

Recycling day today

Recycling day today I had some broken panes of glass fro a greenhouse which I was unsure about putting in the recycling bin so I put the broken panes in an old recycling box next to the bin Would have liked to have asked the bin staff as to whether they could take the broken panes but was at work when I got home recycling bin had been emptied as well as the box with broken panes Thank you for a continuous excellent service after 22 years I have had no negative experience from your refuse collection service Thank you Steve

Service above and beyond

I arrived at the Hastings site within the last hour of the working day in my vehicle with a load of mainly cardboard to dispose of Somehow I managed to lose my keys with no recollection where they might be my only course with the vehicle unlocked and widows open was to return home by taxi to pick up a spare key With the day rapidly running out I spoke with one of your site operatives Jeff although he had already been on site all day offered to wait for me to return The alternative leaving the vehicle open to the elements overnight does not bear thinking about Thanks again to your operative Jeff for his kindness and thoughtfulness I was able to retrieve my vehicle and return home safely

The customer hub chat facility is great It means we can get a problem sorted very efficiently Alson was quick friendly and very helpful Although a new collection date was found Alison solved our problem and gave a suitable solution

Had trouble in the begging finding the customer services for Buckinghamshire Some how ended up speaking to main Head office A lady called Cindy she dealt with all three matters which was great as usually they pass you around from department to department Excellent

My business has been using Veolia for years We are relocating soon and Omari from the Croydon depot is our new contact Omari has been super helpful and prompt in responding to my questions that I have for our new warehouse and the waste management there getting us the right contacts etc Thank you Omari

Kelly is amazing

Kelly is amazing I have had issues with bins not being emptied and rather than getting fobbed off Kelly R has been an absolute queen spending time to get to the bottom of the issue making sure we have a plan for if it goes wrong and getting it sorted asap 100 needs to be recognised for her hard work to get customer issues resolved as quickly as possible

I used the chat function on the portal and although I m not a big fan felt like I talked to a real person Alison Got my questions sorted quickly and easily I have looked at other refuse collection companies but Veolia always come out on top for our garage I have to put a special mention into the regular operator who always does a great job collecting our skip

I would just like to say that both Alison Brown and Emma Dobson have been fantastic We experienced an issue that sadly wasn t picked up by the truck drivers however once informed both Emma and Alison did all they could to put a new procedure in place and make good of our account Thanks both
