Fantastic Ignore The Negative Reviews
Well I am completely mystified by all the negative reviews as I have found the Verifly app to be fantastic I used it to fly Larnaca in Cyprus to Heathrow and with the COVID testing vaccine forms and Passenger Locator Form you had to use to check in it was brilliant to be able to upload all the documents to the app You then know you are fine to travel rather than not knowing 100 up to check in at the airport I am not very good with technology but it was easy and worked I have read the 20 reviews before me and am dubious in respect of some being genuine My uploaded documents were verified within minutes and I had no issues uploading my COVID test that was not one of the recommended ones so is therefore not a scam as 1 person claims Therefore Verifly is highly recommended by me so I say perhaps ignore the negative reviews and give it a go so you can decide whether it s worth it or not Finally BA are not forcing you to use it They are recommending it s use to speed up check in etc so it s your choice and therefore the people complaining about data compliance have no reason to complain as they could choose not to use it and check in normally at the airport Another final thing I was very pleased to see that before the free 24 hour check in I checked the BA app quite a while before and we had been placed next to each other already in decent seats which normally cost 18 Pounds each before the free check in The flight was full as well I believe that was due to me using this app so not only did I save 36 Pounds for the 2 seats next to each other in a busy flight everything was sorted prior to arrival at airport so all we had to do was show the green ticks in the app If you found this useful can you press useful please as it took me some time to write and it would be nice to know it helped someone Thank you

Fantastic we ignored the negative reviews and took a chance Thankfully we did We really found Verify to be super useful It s not connected to a boarding pass but it has all documents that u need for where your traveling We flew BA recently and it was listed on my BA app It saved us time You upload your PCR results and Vaccinations plus flight locators as we needed this for the Uk a Flight locator and when we return to Cyprus we needed a CY locator Cy flight pass So we travel LCA to LHR onto IAD Washington DC and rethe US we did this form called Attestation form basic a healthy form shorter then the other forms Just upload When we left US again u do another UK flight locator and then one for Cyprus like I mentioned A very useful app That I highly recommend it It really does save u time at the airport You upload a photo of yourself and once u fill out and upload all your documents u then get the green check mark that says all info successful or success Even the staff at BA in the airport s seemed plzed that we used the app No need to print loads of documents We found it so useful

Verifly experience thumbs up
Don t know why our experience was SO different but all went very smoothly and easily - plus we got the QR airport flash code very quickly in response Couldn t see the problems described by others

Useless
Another example of BA treating their customers with utter contempt Insisting we use an app which isn t fit for purpose I have wasted two hours going round in circles getting nowhere I will no doubt have to join the 100s of angry customers tomorrow at the airport

Absolute garbage and a complete waste
Absolute garbage and a complete waste of time Who designed this app A five-year-old I have tried at least and this is no exaggeration to upload my proof of vaccination certificate at least 50 times Every time I get sorry - an unexpected error occurred Please see the log files Pure junk and whoever put this app together should be ashamed

BA and Verifly take the joy out of flying
If there was any joy still left in flying with BA this pathetic app has taken it away BA virtually force you to use it with threats about not being able to check-in if you don t Having read the many other negative reviews and against my better judgement I did download the app onto my Android phone and tried to enter detail of my flight to USA After entering all my personal details and my co-passenger s details and our flight details I attempted to do the all important bit - upload my Covid pass This horrible app steadfastlt refused to either upload the document or scan the barcode each time telling me An unexpected error has occurred See the log files Really Verifly are you f ing kidding me Well I don t find it funny

Doesn t handle under 16s vaccinated
Trying to enter details for family including 2 fully-vaccinated kids aged 12 and 15 App says they need tests and does not recognise they could be vaccinated or allow upload of vaccination certificates Useless app and shame on BA for pushing something not fit for purpose Will just have to queue at airport and deal with staff

To the airline industry Do away with Verifly please
This whole Verifly thing is completely unnecessary and begs the question of why the airline industry bothers with it at all Just get a covid test within 48 hours of your departure and arrive at the airport a little early You can be sure that all of the airline ground people who issue your boarding pass know that Verifly is bogus and a waste of energy and time Those ground people are probably very sick of hearing travelers say Last night I spent two hours trying to get Verify to work and eventually I just gave up On behalf of travelers from around the world I hereby declare PLEASE DO AWAY WITH VERIFLY

This is unacceptable
This is unacceptable I LOVE the American Airlines app It keeps me updated on my flights Now I m going to the Bahamas in November and apparently we re all FORCED to utilize this frustrating VeriFLY app if your traveling outside the US Why can t we just upload these COVID documents through the damn AA app I even think I had to PAY for this in the App Store Shame on you American Airlines
