I would rate 0 if possible

I would rate 0 if possible Ordered some blinds for our patio doors with an 84 inch drop selected on the website Had no confirmation email of order so couldn t check Took time off work to be here for delivery and they didnt show up Next day they arrived opened them up to see 84cm drop Called the company to explain there must have been a glitch or something on the system only to be made to feel stupid and spoken down too not by staff but by the owner himself Told me if I don t know the difference between inches and cm I probably shouldn t be working at all if I m that thick What an absolute C T I am absolute fuming 154 down the drain

I have previously ordered blackout blinds from this company so I ordered the same material What came was completely different The material is so thin it let s light through They are too poor quality to hang They are fit to be thrown away

Excellent quality and great service Ordered slats hangers weights and chain the slats seams are nicely welded and really look the part Got a spare slat and spare weights and hangers too My blind looks brand new My wife is impressed too and that s always a bonus

What a great company I was desperate to change my slats due to my old ones being destroyed with mold I was told to look on the web I glad I did I ask for a sample which arrived the next day Then I ordered my replacement It was not has expensive has I thought It took 2 days from order to delivery date Please if you need new ones try Abbey Blinds you will not be disappointed Thank you Abbey Blinds I be using you in the future 10 10

Excellent quality and service

I wasn t sure what to expect so just ordered for 2 windows to start until I saw the quality which was excellent so ordered for my other 4 windows They came very quickly and exactly as I had measured I m very pleased with the quality and speedy service A spare slat for each window was included for a spare which was a nice touch Thank you

Well the price was excellent it did take a few days longer than I would of liked to receive my replacement slats BUT very satisfied with the end result

Great product customer service

I have ordered 2 sets of blinds over the last few months and am very happy with the blinds I had one small problem with an order that was missing the hangers I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon as soon as they opened Monday morning I received a reply and it was was resolved the same day with no fuss
