Why does this company hang up on its customers I m calling during business hours and am told my estimated wait time is 1 second The phone rings twice and then goes dead I get three beeps and then the call is disconnected How can anyone work for this awful company Do you take pride in your work Via Benefits is the FTX of benefit providers

Via Benefits - Lousy Retirement Reimbursement
Via Benefits is the Administrator for my Retirement Reimbursement Account for my monthly Medicare payments I have been getting reimbursed every month since August 2021 Over the last 7 months every month there is a big hassle with getting my reimbursement on a timely basis Via Benefits has made the following errors 1 Lost my Reimbursement2 Website shows Bogus dates for my Reimbursement3 Reimbursed me for the incorrect amount short by 148 50 for January 2021 - required multiple phone calls to correct I have asked repeatedly to speak to a Manager in Funding - however I am told that they can t hard to believe

Set up appointment to sit in general queue
Set up an appointment 3 weeks in advanced earliest open Via Benefits has you call them at appointment times and their menu has one pick english or spanish No extentions or anything other to direct you into appointment So you end up in the general waiting queue Still waiting Horrible customer interface Ford dumped us pre-Medicare retirees on Via Benefits Thanks a lot

Fraud company
They forfeited my FSA instead of rolling it over just because I chose a different health insurance plan Yet before it was forfeited they sent me an email saying the balance below 570 will be rolled over I would have otherwise used the funds They are one blood-sucking fraud company

Negative 20 and thats generous They are holding money to reimburse for medical expenses BUT - they just hold money You have better chances at the crap game in an alley in West Baltimore Unarmed They are stealing legally I have submitted over 150 requests Only 3 have been approved The app won t let you take screenshots or everyone would be posting the words DENIED DENIED DENIED all over social media Sad excuse for companies to flip you the bird after all your hard work

I m rarely able to log in successfully
I m rarely able to log in successfully -- and I m logging into other sites all day with no issues I successfully reset password using both email AND text verification codes then try to log in The system asks me to sign up So frustrating And only M-F support Sad

This company exists simply to deny claims or to make them so incredibly difficult that people just give up If you question why they denied something you will get no response whatsoever Website is very attractive but it s a front for the corrupt underlying business model Absolutely terrible fraudulent incompetent

I know that everything I read is true from my experience I never dealt with a company that had so many rude and unprofessional employees Can t get a straight answer and they break all the rules Just like every time that I ve called in today I ll be calling in a third time because of miserable people who act as licensed agents screening calls

I been with Viabenefits for 3 years now
I been with Viabenefits for 3 years now and this is the first poor review for viabenefits I have Medgap prescription dental and vision but for 2024 their selection for dental was not good I like my dentist and they only had one plan that was in network with my dentist I do not want to switch dentists so took a lessor plan costing more money They are better plans out there but I cannot use those plans due to rembursement restricition plcaed by viabenefits

One of worst company ever Just horrible Customer reps are a joke No accountability whatsoever Reps are incompetent and gives me different answer each time I call Issues never gets resolved even after escalation Horrible system with no accountability Just terrible I see I am not the only one
