fantastic customer service

so I reported an issue with my garden furniture cushions for being discolour and a couple of them damaged I wanted to know if I could get replacement covers I was asked to request through the parts replacement code they sent which I did turns out the garden furniture set i had ordered had been discontinued so i asked what could be done I was so overwhelmed when they said they would send me a full replacement garden furniture set i have not ever had such excellent customer service I cant express how grateful I am that they actually listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to sort my issue out with no hesitation I will most definitely be using this company again and encourage everyone else to do so They are second to none
