Very difficult to assemble but lovely when finally complete

Delivery was quick and the concrete tv unit is lovely but was extremely difficult to assemble The tv unit was around 135 which I thought was a very good price but it was so difficult to assemble myself I was then being quoted on average 120 from locals for the assembly of the unit When I finally found someone to assemble for me it took them the entire day So although I m happy with the final product I do feel it should be made clear before purchase it s difficult to assemble for the average person

Careful when you order

UPDATE UPDATE The cabinet has been collected and got my full refund Ordered a cabinet and doesn t seem like the correct size was sent I contacted them and was told someone will be in contact regarding a pickup for a refund it is now going to 4 days nobody has contacted me Do not buy anything from this company it is a Scam

Cheap Quality Products

They sell stuff for less but it comes out as a very cheap quality product not even worth the cheap price they put I had earlier ordered a bathroom cabinet that was so ugly They took it back nicely so I took another chance on a garden planter but it came as another forgettable product I didn t open it for a month hence cant return it now Not buying anything again Edit - I am happy to share that post my review Vidaxl were kind enough to offer me a partial refund to cover for bad quality product delivered This is my second experience with their customer service team and ai can say that their service is really top quality and dependable Updating from 1 to 3 stars

Very poor customer service and poor

Very poor customer service and poor quality Received a product outdoor greenhouse assembled it and within 2 days it was destroyed Purchased march 02nd delivered 04th March assembled 10th April and by 12th April it was falling over and broken Contacted customer service to explain the issue Received a generic reply saying as it was over 30 days from order and case closed Received a request for case feedback and I replied with not being happy with the resolution No reply Opened a live chat case Received the same response and the agent closed the chat No discussion and no resolution from the vendor for the extremely poor quality product Edit After this review support did reopen the closed case and discussed the issue with a partial refund

These marquees don t meet European fire

These marquees don t meet European fire safety standards so keep this in mind when considering purchasing one Customer service is slow and my issue was not resolved however I have been contacted by customer 5 months later and given a partial refund Many thanks to Ioana in VidaXL who was amazing the company should be very grateful to have her

TV cabinet

Purchased a TV Cabinet from VidaXLand the assembly was very difficult I contacted them and I have to say they were extremely helpful and supportive As I failed to assemble the cabinet and damaged it in the process they so they offered me a refund and another bonus coupon for the inconvenience caused Thank you VidaLX

I purchased a coffee table for 60 00

I purchased a coffee table for 60 00 euro Considering the price I did not expect super quality and it s not of a great quality but after spending four hours assembling the table the drawers did not wanted to slide In After a while u figures i need to remove two middle screws from the slates They did slide in after but one drawer is not even and you have to push it in which is awful I would not recommend this company for buying furniture

Tv stand assemble kit

I wasn t expecting a DIY TV stand as for the instructions the build manual was not very user-friendly If I had known in advance both scenarios would have looked ahead for something else otherwise after solving the assembled situation it s OK it s not suitable for moving since it s only a one-time assembled kit and the material isn t redesigned for multiple times assembled

New tent wet sleeping bags

Product camping tent arrived within the shipping time which was great Product looked great assembled easily but leaked really badly at the tie-ups for the ventilation screens
