Loved my TV stand and coffee table

Loved my TV stand and coffee table Great value for money Only fault instructions are very hard to understand But would def recommend this company Thinking of ordering a cabinet for my sons bed room

Delivery was well reported and on time

Delivery was well reported and on time My only quibble was that there was a gap in apex on either end of the cage run Maybe I should have spotted this but I am able to compensate with extra mesh I am also using additional mesh on the outside of the roof for extra security in storm situations - not sure if this ok but I feel happier

Had issue sorted quickly

Second time buying from vidaxl First time no issue everything in proper order The second time my order was faulty and was not able to assemble it without adjustments I got in touch with customer care and Miklos was very helpful and understanding and resolved the issue rather quickly thank you Miklos and your support team I will be happy to shop with vidaxl in the future because of how the whole matter was dealt with Things happen in life it s how they are dealt with is what matters

Great company - attractive and great value for money products

I was very happy with the product I purchased TVDisplay Cabinet - it looks great in my living room and is exceptional value for money However it was very difficult to assemble flat packed and took over 3 hours to do so The Company is very easy to deal with - has excellent customer service and response times

Barn door

Bought a barn door Assembly wasn t too difficult but the material is awfully flimsy didn t fit properly and had some small damage When I had it completed I looked at it and decided that I would not put up something like that in my house it looked like a bad Kinder egg toy So I bought a decent door somewhere else Delivery was fast though the only reason I gave one star After my review I was contacted by a very efficient and apologetic young lady and we talked about a solution I didn t want to send a heavy parcel back and we settled in a 50 refund which arrived within two days so I am raising the stars based on speed of delivery and customer service being very good

Quality of projector screen

Edit Moving to 4 stars from 1 star as the customer executive reached out and offered a partial refund to make up for the bad quality of the product Very bad quality of projector screen The screen is almost transparent with very cheap quality of cloth used The light passes through screen and you can t see anything The price of the product does not match the quality at all Wouldn t recommend buying projector screens from here

Bought a garden sofa from VidaXL

Update- I have changed my review to 4 stars only for the fact that the customer service was very good They arranged a courier to pick up the products and I received a full refund Bought a garden sofa from VidaXL absolutely awful quality screws don t fit in the holes and nothing matches up nothing labelled really poorly engineered Impossible to assemble A product should not be sold at this standard Awful avoid

Edit situation solved My foot stool missing all the screws

EDIT- Company quickly contacted with me They gave me 3 option to choose how situation will be solved I choose refund Money are on my account Taking to consideration how smooth contact was how quickly I have money back I can say that I will order here again At least I know that if something will go wrong situation will be fixed My foot stool missing all the screws and I don t have idea how to contact Vidaxl about that because it s not existing option in automatic customer service I m really disappointed

The instructions were dreadful parts

The instructions were dreadful parts not labelled correctly and quality terrible very disappointed Moving from 1star to 4 excellent customer service I received a call straight away to offer me a partial refund And it eased my disappointment some what we need to see of this after sales service I m not so disappointed but glad I voiced my concerns which they will look into Well done VIDAXL

Design fault with product

Update In fairness to VidaXL they have replied to my initial post and engaged with me in understanding the problem and partially refunded me Credit where it s due Design fault with product No way to secure fixings for runners on drawers and not have them obstruct runners Excellent looking product for the money but had to use heavy glue product to secure above and drawers are basically aesthetic now
