Order 0353000207997 made on Nov 3I received a tracking number on Nov 4thI contacted the customer services on Nov 19th as my order was not moving and was promised a replacement sent immediatelyI never received a new tracking number and I reached out again today Nov 29th to customer services to receive the same tracking number as the first order The support and delivery is a nightmare AVOID AT ALL COST

It was the worst quality item I ever received The wooden parts were so fragile they broke before I could even assemble it Very disappointing I would like to add to this review that after I left this comment that a member of the Trustpilot customer service team got in touch straight away and worked with me to find a resolution so even though I wouldn t buy the particular product again I would buy fro Vida XL due to my positive post purchase experience with them

Terrible Greenhouse product Not fit for external use Albeit bad wind in a sheltered location completely destroyed the frame and pieces went flying into neighbours No refund terrible customer service

Possibly the worst product I have ever bought online Supposed to be a solid support for washing machine and dryer but what arrived was a light metal flimsy self assembly kit with no instructions Terrible

Absolutely terrible customer care I received damaged shelves and contacted the customer care team who were initially helpful or so I thought Since the initial contact with VidaXL regarding the return - I have been waiting 3 weeks for VidaXL to send a courier to collect the items Almost 2 weeks ago I asked for a manager to contact me and I have received no follow up from a manager Shocking company I would not recommend purchasing from them

Goods arrived damaged and the products themselves were woefully inadequate for the intended purpose Cheaply manufactured and of poor quality I contacted your firm to try to resolve and a month later I am still waiting for your firm to collect the goods and refund my purchase

I purchased a small double bed for my son it arrived in a small box that s when i got suspicious When i opened itit was in tiny tiny pieces not numbered or coded like instructions said very hard to assemble it will take days to put together very very disappointed Scratches very easy as we took it from the box Never again will i shop here

Very frustrating experience with this company and I would not recommend them I ordered a product and then cancelled the next day They said it was too late and the order was on its way and to refuse delivery when it arrived This we did however the courier would not accept I then started a back and forth with them over email to return the product The service is so poor and I hate to say they have lied so instead I ll say they did not keep to their commitments It will be collected today the courier doesn t work today so it will be next week the courier is full that day etc etc Then we move onto the refund upon receipt of the product back to their warehouse I was told twice it would be 5 days for money refund then it was 9 days I don t know if they are scamming me altogether or they are just so shockingly bad at customer service that they just make it up as they go along Frustrating experience They seem to get the goods out to you in record speed but good luck if you want to return them My fault I guess fir changing my mind but I won t use them again
