Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with this product My husband is very experienced assembling flat pack items but has struggled to put this together Items new from the box were bent and misshapen and had to be manually straightened Eventually he managed to complete the structure and the first night we lost 2 panels In a light wind Customer service were very responsive but unfortunately parts were not in stock and resulted in a part refund for us to source parts locally to complete the structure

Poor quality the finishing is not good Also the cabinet didn t come with assembling instructions and when I contacted their chat they said there were no manuals for it It took me a long time to guess how to assemble it since I wouldn t be able to return the parcel I do not recommend it

We purchased a metal shed a great disappointment It is really flimsy and many of the panels were bent at the edges the sliding door will not slide and the instructions are really poor We have dismantled it and have submitted a form asking for collection and a refund 26 05 2023 Prompt after sales service thank you Thank you for excellent follow up 6 06 2023 Refund received thank you

Everything was lovely just as advertised but middle table didnt stack either with to top table or bottom table I bought them so that would be the case tried everything but just wrong measurements somewhere brought people in who knew how to fix things but barr sawing or cutting something off not working I can live with it but for 130 euro not great in the end regards Helen

Ordered a rose arch but it came damaged in the post Still usable but it took the look off it a bit Was described as Iron in its description but more like a cheap metal Not strong enough to hold the strength of a rose climber as it kept lifting out of its joints I had to drill more holes and add screws to hold it down You could probably get the same arch in Argos for 20-30 euro instead of the near 70 euro that I paid

Package arrived on time and intact Followed instructions perfectly and they are incorrect Holes in wrong places inside drawer cabinet Had to take apart and makeup with my adjusted measurements 4mm out Works now I would have sent back and asked for refund Too difficult Very disappointed Wall mounted white drawers

The quality of the sideboard I bought it s very bad I am sure that I will never buy another product from VidaXL Anyone looking for quality should be aware with vidaXL there is no quality in products they sale Very disappointing experience

Bought a desk which was delivered as expected Opened it for assembly and there were no instructions these are advertised as being included Contacted customer support and a robot told me to download them I refused as it was not stated that I had to download them myself Eventually the robot put me through to an agent who also told me to download them and after I refused for the same reason he sent me the link I did print it off almost 40 pages My son and I set about assembling it Unless you are able to kinetically put stuff together you haven t a hope of assembling this No written instructions just pictures and while some are numbered the actual parts are not so it s a guessing game as to which part they re taking about After two days we managed to assemble looks nice and fits perfectly but the drawer doesn t open more than two inches so it s not going to be useful Wouldn t order flat pack from them again

Order wooden garden flower planters 3 of them Never ever more Spend 300 euro and andter 3 months all with mould and wet They was saying that they are with protection on it And the customer service is ridiculous when u was asking refund they said 15 euros only I spend 300 This so bad company
