Good product poor delivery

The delivery was certainly not the 3 to 5 days promised more like 9 but when it did arrive the product was well packed It was fairly easy to put together however one niggle is the piece that goes on the cycle has a hole too small for the spindle axle of the bike I had to get an engineering company open it up from 10mm to 12mm The trailer certainly follows the bike and has good capacity bThe little niggle was sorted out 100 so no issues for me and definately recommend VidaXL

Delivered as expected

Delivered as expected Product was of a reasonable quality Putting together was a nightmare Instructions were far too small to read even with a magnifying glass Luckily my husband is an engineer so was able to assemble it

Company good delivery a nightmare

If you are looking for something quick this is not the company but the descriptions are pretty accurate though only viewed a few items so far The four stars are for the company not the delivery For them who were GLS I would give them a zero or maybe one star It was in the dept for two weeks practically and then it was just delivered with no warning Checked the site around midnight no updates package still in depot didn t even tell me which country it was in no emails nothing Package was delivered later on that day not even an email nothing neighbour took it in I will think twice about ordering again due to this issue Edit OMG just looked up GLS on Trustpilot not the best Hopefully VidaXL will start to use another company or give them a kick to get better

Pleases with the transaction

Compared with other suppliers - recently we ve ordered lots of furniture from various outlets - vidaXL gave a decent price good communications and a reasonable delivery date The bookcase was more or less as expected and of decent quality One slight annoyance was that the self-assembly bag of fastenings left me short one item I know it was short as I opened the bag within a large bowl and was very careful with the fittings It s OK without it but it mightn t have been But good work from vidaXL - well done

Problem Occurred but were sorted

Had some stress with my order BUT company sorted out the things Thank You for nice talk by phone with Ioana very nice and calm and professional way to talk resolution of compensate

Table top looks lovely

Table top looks lovely good quality but it s uneven on the top Deep hollows pits and troughs in the surfacecthat wasn t noticed or mentioned on the website It s sitting in the hall and I haven t added the legs to use it as I m not sure what to do now A bit let down December 20th Update after the above review VIDA were straight onto me by email and offered a solution we were both very happy with Glad to say I ve kept the table and would be delighted to buy from them again

Updated review on customer service

This is an updated review as I had issues with the item and not a great first experience with customer service The Customer service came back to me and I had everything sorted swiftly and to my satisfaction So I can say that overall everything worked out well

Good Product Value for Money

Received order in good condition but delivery was delayed due to Christmas Product is good and as described in the website Installation manual is good enough to fit the product

Leaf collector

Spare parts were sent within a relatively short time span Hope they will last a bit longer than the original parts In the meantime I ve fashioned a connector bracket out of hard-wood and a steel brace A little heavier but more dureable

Beautiful bed but no instructions on assembly

The bed is beautiful but I have to deduct one star for lack of instructions on how to assemble A friend did it for me he is extremely good at anything practical unlike myself but he was NOT impressed There were no instructions on what screws go into what hole etc and it took almost two hours before the bed was assembled So please add clear instructions on what where how why to make it easier for people to assemble an otherwise lovely bed Thanks
