Good customer experience

Some issues with order as it was damaged in transport I felt very unsecure but thanks for brilliant and patient customer service I wasn t left alone with issue Resolution provided wasn t my first choice but eventually I got satisfied It s rare that customer service is that good now so respect for it Apart of delivery damage stuff ordered is good quality and within reasonable price range

Great gabions

I am from South Africa and have long used gabions in landscaping there I battled to find them in wexford and then I discovered vidaXL I ordered the 1mx2mx30cm triple bay and I am delighted It is beautifully designed and was promptly delivered I will be ordering further gabions to finish this project and many more items as well

Never heard of these before glad to have found them

Found VidaXL out of nowhere on the net Never heard of them before I received a quality product delivered during December even when there were major storms hampering shipping Also interacted with a member if the client service team He Ryan was ultra professional and a great help I ve only used this company once but based on the results I will use again and recommend

wide variety of goods to choose from

Have used vidaxl for many items in the past as they have a wide variety of goods to choose from at many different price points which is great delivery times are approximate to times stated when ordering which is quite easy packaging on some items could be a little more robust to prevent unnecessary damage during distribution but any problems are dealt with speedily so I would certainly recommend viewing this site and purchasing from it
