Yesterday me and my daughter visited Vintage Sofa Co for the first time We were greeted by Steve who was new in post and Steve went above and beyond for us He was so friendly without being overpowering helpful he even wash a glass done we bought as it had been high up on show He then made us a lovely cup of tea and cake This place is our absolute favourite place now going forward The furniture is unique the ethics behind the company is fantastic and Steve is certainly going to be a great asset for them going forward Thanks Steve you really made us feel welcome

So having to convince my husband Vintage Sofa Co is actually a real shop and no scam after following them for months on facebook and loving all their unique pieces of furniture I finally chose a sofa Chessington with Harris tweed now living in Scotland I have definitely fallen for tartan Four hours from here we decided to drive to the shop in West Yorkshire directly from our ferry trip in Amsterdam boarding from Newcastle saving us two hours It was tight and we just made it like 5 minutes before closure Still we were warmly welcomed and expected and even although it was snowing heavily outside and the roads were windy and narrow the staff were friendly and patient and let us take our time If you are in to interior and decor this is the shop My husband was probably glad I didnt have more time to buy more Within a week my dream sofa arrived I am in heaven and have received lots of compliments after sending all my friends and family a dozen photos feeling so excited Fabulous service and genuine high quality warm welcome gorgeous shop and fast and reliable delivery Thanks so much will definitely be coming again even if it takes me four hours to get there again xx

Item arrived with slight damage This was quickly rectified with a replacement that was unpacked and checked with all rubbish taken away A great customer experience

Just a fab experience The shop is set in lovely surroundings and the staff couldn t be friendlier or more helpful We were greeted by Steve who had only just started working there but was so enthusiastic and lovely to chat with Steve and Katy spent lots of time with us to understand exactly what we wanted but were never pushy We bought a beautiful lamp and rug and have ordered a new sofaCouldn t recommend this place more

Fabulous shopping experience Katy could not have been more helpful advising us on the size of sofa and colour choice She was as excited as I was to order a cerise Osbourne Cannot wait for our sofa to arrive and only disappointed that we won t need anymore furniture for the next few years it s my favourite place to visit

Followed this company online Loved it so much I travelled the length of the UK to visit in person I wasn t disappointed The staff were brilliant and so friendly and helpful The atmosphere was like stepping into your dream home Nothing was out of bounds for touching feeling and trying I d live there if I could I can t wait to go back I could hardly contain myself or my credit card

Fabulous from start to finish Such a huge choice of stunning sofas We were instantly made welcome with a brew and piece of cake and spent a few hours there choosing our new sofa and armchair Nothing was too much trouble even moving cushions and chairs around so we were able to visualise them in our home The sofas arrived and look stunning on our home and are fabulous quality Best thing yet we also received them sooner than expected Thank you so much The Vintage Sofa Company we are made up

The staff and owners of the company are second to nonem first class service from a small item of 35 to a large sofa and other more expensive items I absolutely love this company and still buying regularly for my home my sofa is on order and our dogs LOVE the cushions and sheepskins You won t beat the quality of products or customer service Love you guys A highly recommended
