Not lucky enough to have purchased anything yet from Vintage Sofa Co but have had great customer service when making enquiries Really friendly helpful knowledgeable staff I m looking forward to the day when I can buy one of their beautiful pieces

Good Stagg head

We ordered a Good Stagg Head Took a long time to come I feel the Vintage Sofa company are been let down by their carrier However when the Gold Stagg Head arrived it was very well packed Sadly there had been a mistake and the wrong order had been sent Amy was fantastic in sort and I thinking this mistake out We are now waiting for the replacement to come So far FANTASTIC SERVICE

One of my favourite buying experiences ever

We were greeted with a smile and a quick introduction to the beautiful shop We were then offered a delicious coffee and cake all with no obligation at all We were left to browse and then when we were ready we approached a sales assistant who helped us find the right sofa for us in the colour we loved It was a gorgeous shop and a lovely buying experience There was no pressure at all to purchase So much lovely choice I love that it s a family business and felt valued as a customer Thank you

Great personalised service from Katie and the whole team Honest realistic support with our choice carefully listening to our needs and preferences and advising accordingly knowing when to leave us to think no pushy sales people Great quality products at a competitively fair price point If you are looking for something a little bit different from the high street with a quality edge need I say more

I have been following this company on FB as their sofas chairs are absolutely stunning We are building a house and now at the stage where we are decorating and furnishing it It s been such an inspiration seeing all the posts Every time I enquired about a sofa the response was so quick and professional I have now ordered and have to say it s been a great experience and I can t wait to receive my sofa and share a photo too

The best furniture company we have every been to

Myself and my partner visited the showroom and was blown away by the amazing and friendly staff We had a tour of all floors and was shown the facilities before letting loose The showroom was very clean and well set out We couldn t believe how amazing it was and wanted to stay for hours looking around at everything We did purchase an Autumn Patchwork Sofa and footstool as the quality of the products felt really good The designer herself was telling us how they are made and why she had designed them in a particular way We really enjoyed our visit and cannot wait to receive our sofa

We were so warmly welcomed with coffee and cake before being shown around the showrooms George took charge of us and was extremely patient and attentive as we took forever to make up our minds with so many amazing choices Delivery was exactly on time as promised and delivery team were excellent Highly recommend The Vintage Sofa Co Quality variety and out of the ordinary which is what we love

What a fabulous company to buy from we arrived from Sheffield to a warm and friendly welcome nothing was to much trouble such a lovely run family business on arrive also got homemade cake a coffee such a fantastic touch bought from them twice we definitely be buying again highly recommended thing is I don t want people knowing about them because I want them just for myself 5 star with amazing quality goods what ever your looking for Love them x
