The app is a scam
The app is a scam First its a completely unhelpful product it has no tools and you can t use it for further expansion It doesn t have any menu or settings either You can t interact at all Secondly I ve chosen the free 3 days trial but I ve been charged for the whole year instead I ve cancelled immediately and asked for refund but I got no answer There is no site for this app you can t contact anyone They say that you are guaranteed your money back if you don t like it but there is no transparent refund process you have to email them I m still waiting for an answer but I think it will never come Do not buy the VisualMind app because you get robbed for nothing The previous 5 stars received by this company are for different services and not for the mobile app It looks very dodgy

App worked only once and then became unresponsive and any requests terminated on the sign up screen The support email is also unresponsive I have asked several times for a refund with no response I conclude now that this App is a scam and that I have lost money
