We have worked with Vicky Tamara Zoe and Ella many times from the Vita team and every experience has been informative professional and extremely helpful from their training department to their consultancy department What makes them different to others is their willingness to engage and actually support to deliver excellence rather than just creating a to do list and then leaving Within the team they have excellent knowledge and years of experience working within the care sector and you can see their passion for what they do when working along side them Not only do they help support the management and the teams but they will also take that bit of time out of their day to sit and spend time with the service users to ensure they are happy and fulfilled which is the reason they do the job they do to ensure excellent person centered care is being delivered So thank you for all of your ongoing support to our team and our lovely residents It s always a pleasure to work with you all
