The program website is very fickle

The program website is very fickle I must check carefully after posting each item because the program is apt to change the product the quantity or not post at all Yesterday when I tried to get in I had to note that I was not a robot except there was no box to check Today it insists that some part of my ID sign in is incorrect This info has been on file for years I do not input any info I signed in as a guest

I would give no stars if I could I ordered July 29 No shipping confirmation no response to email cannot get a hold of them on the number provided It s nearly 2 weeks later I believe I had this problem years ago but had forgotten and ordered from them

I have received my order on the 29th of March I send my first email on the same day as requested for a return The reason was that between my order and the receipt I had seen my doctor who asked me not to try anything before I received the results of my tests I have send over and over again an email to ask how to proceed for the return I received no response not even a notice of receipt Great customer service

My issue is not with Vitasave per say But product container is so over the top misleading Container is 1 4 full at best Quite disappointed when first opened container considering the price Further research to find a more valuable product is recommended

I really hate to write this review but apparently as soon as l ordered from you now you can t seem to deliver it I won t lie l m frustrated tired of it and frankly a little pissed I just don t like the mental beating because no one knows anything
