Misleading Sales Information alternate shippers
On a couple of occasions now I have ordered products that have taken more than 1 or 2 months to arrive This is extremely frustrating because I received no feedback or updates on my delivery status and kept expecting the products imminently In all cases the products were NOT in stock with VitaSave nor was this indicated when I was ordering Worse not only were they not in stock but they were to be shipped from some other supplier and usually the shippers weren t even located in Canada In my mind this is not good enough As a significant purchaser of supplements I am attracted to VitaSave by their prices but not at the frustrating cost of time and lack of information I believe that the onus is on VitaSave to advise if they are out of stock and or if the alternate shipper is out of country BEFORE I place my order so that I can decide it I want to find an alternate more timely source of supply
