Hello I purchase a lot of vitamins from Vitasave I miss the extra savings I used to get on my orders through the points system We are seniors and it seems like the costs keep going up

Why No Wish List

I am a loyal customer but am not happy with the removal of the Wish List capability and the search engine sometimes leaves something to be desired I am however happy with the products

The delivery was quick However my probiotics need to be kept cold and the reason i ordered i read a review that they packed in ice in summer months My bottle was hot when i received it So I was not happy and hope they are still viable

It s been a couple of times that I place an order and after a few days I get an email saying that my product is out of stock Normally it is when the transaction is completed that merchants make sure they have enough inventory

Do not trust this companies reviews they remove all negative reviews regarding any products Edit I m changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the company paid for return shipping and gave me a full refund Buyer beware when it comes to product reviews on their site

Partial delivery not noticed

This is not a good online shopping experience I didn t expect a shipment with partial products that I ordered All I got was a confirmation of delivery from Canada Post and the order was fulfilled in my account I think a good email notification could work for me instead of I call to confirm if anything happened during shipment Thank you for your service with a partial refund Hopefully you can improve your system for orders

Why no option besides PayPal

I am able to get most of the supplements I need from VitaSave like that they are in Canada and I like the quick responses about product availability processing Canada Post tracking fast mail out etc - I would give a 5 star if they didn t make me use PayPal Why can t we just use our cc like before PayPal s biggest goal is to collect info for others and overcharge for their services Please give us an option at least

I try to support local Live in Vancouver and Vitasave is in the region But I can place an order with Vitacost in New York USA and get it within 2 days across the boarder yet an order placed with VitaSave over 2 weeks ago I have as yet to receive a shipping ntice Sorry Vitasave You need to up your game I will just go to the local stores from now on
