Wrong order

Was sent the wrong order took forever to get my replacement order The support team was kind but I had to repackage the entire wrong order and bring it to a post office and wait in line just to take care of their mistake Was not offered compensation for this and when I asked they refunded me a total of 3 lol Simple mistake but they handled it badly in my opinion

Still have not received my order and it has been 3 weeks Nobody has gotten back to me either Extremely disappointed and will never buy from here again brutal customer service

Misleading customers by not showing all reviews

I had a reaction to a product I purchased through Vitasave I wrote a fact-based review - not slamming the product - but an honest review of my reaction When I submitted the review it was not published I then noticed that only 5 star reviews appeared To all vitamin distributors - if you are truly concerned about your customer s health please show ALL reviews so they can make an informed decision Additionally when I reported the reaction to this product they told me I needed to go to the manufacturer they wiped their hands clean I m still dealing with the reaction 3 months later

Terrible experience

Terrible experience My wife really needs this order and according to the tracking it arrived in Los Angeles on August 7 2023 yet has still to arrive here in Oregon on August 18 I would expect Vitasave to keep tabs on an order this expensive especially since there s a tracking number

Products Not Available

I ordered Hylands Calms Forte and was notified the next day that it was not available Vitasave suggested that I try an alternate product I ordered Boiron Passiflora and again was notified the next day that it was not available Both products are still listed in the shop There appears to be no inventory control or web site updating It was a complete waste of my time ordering items that were not available

Procedure and screen glitches

I can t get through on either phone number due to message stating that we are busy call back later and you disconnect my call When you email me saying a product is back in stock I sign on my computer 15 mins later to order it and find the item is still marked as out of stock and I can t get it No where on my online screens do I see a place to start a live chat session with one of your representatives When I pre-fill my saved credit card info into your payment fields it always fills the expiration date as YY MM instead of MM YY It always takes 2 attempts to correct that field before your system accepts it My wishlist items do not show as being out of stock until I try to add them to my cart Would be nice to know right away that an item is out of stock

What happened to customer service and where is my order

I placed my order over two weeks ago According to the tracking system on the 7th there was an exception I sent an email regarding my very late order with no response I called today and after being on hold for ten minutes an automated message said to call back later Vitasave used to be my go to supplement supplier but the last few orders have been very late and customer service seems to be nonexistent I guess I ll order from Amazon instead

Your website is too confusing

Your website is too confusing Brands sizes prices are all mixed together without any order The prices should include the price-per-unit ie per pill filter because as things are it s very difficult to determine the best value for each product Also you re much too expensive for an on-line distributor

It never came

It never came I contacted them and never heard back I ve used Vitasave in the past and deliver has been in days It s been weeks now Nothing Truly disappointed like everything these days excuses or blame the customer

Made my purchase 10 days ago and still no answer yet Always saying order confirmed and nothing else So disappointed They were saying it will take max 5 days Nothing true
