I had put 4 items in my cart then went to check what the VIP program is but when I saw I d have to pay 50 to be a VIP I wanted to go back to my cart but the cart was empty so I had to find and add all my items again Also the webpages should have options for how I view items As example price low to high etc I have had some issue nearly every time I ve ordered from vitasave Not sure why I continue to order from this company

Website seems unstable Screen refreshes when you are using it then won t refresh when it is supposed to A five minute order took a half hour The website used to much better This isn t the first time I ve struggled to make a simple order as result I order elsewhere Please repair your website I want to shop Canadian

I just got ripped off for 12 00 on one item 61 97 versus 48 98 at vitamin shop

Yesterday was my first day very good experience I back today for more and the service was very bad not the same people from yesterday

I did not get my order My order Unfulfilled for a long time They give me a refund

Vitasave has what I need I live where it s tough to find some things locally I don t know if they treat their employees well but at least they don t openly brag about abusing them - not like another site I used to rely on The other site has a much larger selection but they brag about their c-v-d policies I would tell them to educate themselves on science and the law but they ve had years to do this and they ve done enough damage already Vitasave has the basics and I get my items faster in Alberta I had a rough start with them because they seem to have misplaced forgotten my first order but after I spoke up they shipped my items Every order since then has been shipped quickly without issue Edit I tried to review a product and verify the review which resulted in an error Then I started receiving spam which I know was from them because I use Spamex I contacted Vitasave about the spam and received no response I ve started going to a local health store more often and I hope I can rely on them instead Vitasave will send me what I order but I can say the same for other stores that don t leak my email address to spammers

Someone on their tech support team needs to fix the problem with invoices not showing all applicable discounts applying to a customer s order so that I don t have to contact your order desk and get credited later This happened in June and some other previous orders in the past This is a waste of my time as well as the person on the order desk I do appreciate though that someone is always willing to send a credit with no problem

After ordering in Vancouver I received a message from Flashbox saying my order was on the way from Ontario Problem the address was incorrect I contacted them but they couldn t re-route since I was outside their service area I contacted Vita-save Customer Svce which fulfilled the order from a Burnaby warehouse and shipped by Canada Psst I found out that Spotify was somehow involved The experience was creepy Spotify and Flashbox have my personal info Vita-save corrected the situation for which I am thankful but I won t risk ordering online from them again

This is the first negative experience I ve had with Vitasave I did not receive one of the items in my order I took a picture of the order explained the missing item approximately 15 value and sent an email to ask for a resolution either send the missing item or a credit I received nothing not even an acknowledgment of my email I tried to call But after waiting on hold for a long time a recorded voice advised me that they couldn t take my call at this time and I was cut off I tried again but the hours are only til 3 pm so still didn t get through Would certainly appreciate a response and resolution to this issue
