I needed to cancel the order so I am waiting for the post to be returned to you I overshot my budget and am hoping for a refund Ps- the address was also incorrect though that was my mistake an am hoping to speak with someone at vitasave

contact us phone doesn t work

Ordered a week ago but a week later there was still no order updates and no shipping info So I tried calling them and they are not answering their phone The phone goes straight to voicemail that says that it is not business hours even though it is Website says business hours are Mon Fri 9am 5pm PST and I called on Tuesday at around 11am PST At least their email seems to work but then why do they post a phone number on the website

Customer service

I had a bad experience with customer service It took 3 days to finally get a response after leaving an email calling and leaving a bad review here But once they did respond they immediately fixed the situation I had received the wrong package and none of the items i had ordered They sent me my correct order priority mail and i received it a couple days later I still had to go out of my way to print a label and return the wrong package that was sent to me Would have given 5 stars if customer service had picked up or replied the first day and or if i had been compensated for my troubles Such as a discount on my future purchase They did throw in a few bags of herbal teas and mini bottle of disinfectant in my order though
