SO SHADY Don t do it They sent me a busted bent paint chipping off broken bird cage and then made it nearly impossible to return get refunded They avoided telling where how I could return it despite me asking several times Most frustrating awful customer service Took forever to be refunded Complete and total waste of time

Bought a heat press emailed them with questions after experiencing issues 13 month in They responded saying sorry your warranty has expired I asked if they could at least trouble shoot the error codes displayed via email Response was crickets Just know - if you run into problems you re on your own Love your tone deaf response VH I contacted support no response You asked me to send the the error codes and pictures and I did No response
