Buyer beware

Buyer beware I bought a dress for 44 99 which should have been size Large I am 5 8 145 lbs but it was much too short and tight I wanted to return it but was offered 8 which I turned down then 14 which I turned down and finally very reluctantly agreed to keep the dress for compensation of 20 I will need to donate the dress to charity I should have noted there was no phone number or return address on the website and the on-site reviews were just a bit too glowing clearly padded The dress was also inferior quality and cheap I have ordered from other on-line clothing sites and when an item needed to be returned I was reimbursed in full and cheerfully none of this dickering Never ever ever again

Order was never delivered

I ordered three dresses over 3 weeks ago I received ONE email when I placed the order Now I can t email back that same address No word on when merchandise will be delivered No way to cancel order Horrible customer service

Not honoring return policy

The shirts were of nice quality but they do not fit me and I ordered the XL Since they do not come any larger I want to return them for a refund After numerous emails asking for the address and permssion to return to an address they are supposed to give me according to their return policy I am not getting that response Instead I was offered 35 for my 115 order and to keep the clothing Beware

If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased 5 items at a cost of 250 CDN When the items arrived 4 out of 5 were unsatisfactory as the fit was not suitable I requested a refund and was offered compensation of 25 Absolutely ridiculous NEVER AGAIN Avoid this company unless you don t mind wasting your money

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received my order The only email i received was to confirm the order There are no phone numbers to contact them and they have not responded to my two emails It was an almost 200 dollar order Will be contacting BBB and reporting them

My friend ordered a dress from you after my recommendation for a wedding She ordered large and they sent a small She has not received any satisfaction and unable to return or get a refund I have ordered several items from you but will not order again because of this situation

Do Not Buy From Viwae

I ordered 2 dresses 91 98 USD in a larger size to be on the cautious side and they were way too small I proved to them the size i wore but they would still not agree to me returning the dresses nor refunding me my money in full They are NOT true to size I asked to return them at my cost for a refund and was only offered 22 USD and to keep them I asked what was I going to do with 2 dresses that dont fit and was rudely told to donate them They aren t from USA they are from China I went thr PayPal who decided that they were in the right as the dresses were not damaged and too bad for me What about not true to size PayPal Never again and will be passing this on to all my friends Also beware they do not send you any information in regards to payment receipts shipping or tracking I can see why now
