Wow VINEVIDA Best customer service EVER I purchased an oil that I wasn t fond of and had expressed my opinion in a review and they immediately reached out to me and offered to send me another oil of my choice on them I was shocked as they offered an exchange however I had already used the fragrance I didn t care for so I thought all was lost as I couldn t exchange and I just looked at my email and they have shipped me a replacement oil free of charge Defined buy from VINEVIDA because their oils have the BEST hot and cold throw for their amazing scents
